For room reservations, please call +65 6298 8505 (24hours) or email to info@thepodcapsulehotel.com. By proceeding with the reservation, you accept and agree with The Pod Capsule Hotel that the reservation, if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:

Rates

• Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and are excluding 7% Goods and Services Tax.
• The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
• In the event, you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.

Eligible Age for Check-In

• You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.

Check-In and Check-Out Time

• Check-in time is from 3:00pm and check-out time is by 11:00am.
• A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in.

Early Arrival and Late Departure

• Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the check-in time, you are welcome to store your luggage with us until your room is available
• Late check-outs are available on request and subject to room availability.

Credit Card Confirmation

• Other than our Best Flexible Rates which offers a “Payment at Hotelâ€� option, all other rates requires your credit card to be charged for the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
• The Hotel accepts Visa and MasterCard only.

Group Reservations

• For reservations of 10 pods/suites and above, please email the Hotel at info@thepodcapsulehotel.com with the subject "Group Booking".

Further Information

• No smoking is allowed in the hotel, please proceed to the designated smoking area outside the hotel to smoke. There will be a recovery fee of SGD200 for guest who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring to a smoke-free condition. Although smoking is not permitted within the hotel building, guest who smoke are permitted to do so outside the building in designated areas.
• For fire and safety reasons, guests are strictly not permitted to exceed the maximum capacity of the pods/suites. In the event of overcrowding of pods/suites, we reserve the right to require that the extra occupants pay for additional pods/suites.
• The Hotel generally do not accept children below the age of 12 years old.  Each teenage guest below 18 years old will need to be accompanied by at least one adult. We do not allow sharing of pods/suites. 
• Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Hotel procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for other guests, the property of the Hotel, its employees and their health and safety.  Conduct/behaviour that we reasonably consider inappropriate/unacceptable includes but is not limited to: creating an inappropriate level of noise and/or drunken or unruly behaviour and/or any behaviour which other guests or staff find offensive in any way.  We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred. You will be held liable for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid prior to your departure. If you fail to make payment, you will be responsible for meeting any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all costs we incur in pursuing any claim against you.
• All hotel information that is published on our website is current and is subject to change without notice. No liability is accepted for facilities which are temporarily not available, under renovation or not suited to individual tastes and preferences.

General Provisions

• By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.
• The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
• The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
• The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
• The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the Singapore law.
